According to the Bill (Reg. №2581) it is suggested that the Law "On the State Defensive Order" should be introduce in the new edition. The mechanism of the state defensive order formation indices should be improved and the norms of the state defensive order should correspond to the main principles of the Law "On the Defensive Planning Organization", Civil, Economic and Budget Codes of Ukraine.
According to the Bill, "planning, formation, remarks, management order corresponds to the authority of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
